Frequently asked questions

Are reports provided in English?

Yes. All diagnostic reports are prepared in English for international patients.

Do I need to stay in Istanbul for more than one day?

No. All examinations, laboratory tests, and physician consultation are completed in a single visit. No overnight stay is required for a standard program.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and program availability.

Do I need to fast before my appointment?

This depends on your program. For check-up programs, you must fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment. Water in small amounts is acceptable. For other examinations, please contact us and we will let you know what is required.

Can I combine my check-up with a visit to Istanbul?

Absolutely. Most programs are completed in a single morning or afternoon, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy Istanbul.

Do you work with international health insurance?

Please contact us to discuss insurance coverage. We can provide detailed invoices and reports to support your insurance claim.

How is payment made?

Payment is made at the center on the day of your visit. Please contact us for current pricing in your preferred currency.
